MySql 允许远程访问

第一、在服务器上安装 mysql 服务器端。

第二、安装 mysql 可视化客户端，服务器上的客户端。

第三、打开上步的客户端点开 ManagerUsers 选项添加一个 User，host设置为%

第四、在客户端连接服务器端，创建连接 Host name/IP address 为服务器端IP地址，其他项与上一步设置名称一样，比如说 username password.
